A Custom GPT, a Claude Skill, and a launch calculator that hold the entire bundle-hosting process for you, so you always know what to do next.
Pitches to track, pages to build, promo to schedule, and about fifty other moving pieces that all have to happen in the right order, or the whole thing falls apart two weeks before launch.
You're keeping track of who you pitched, what you told them, and what still needs to happen, all in your head or scattered across sticky notes.
No matter how many bundles you've hosted, you're rebuilding your process from scratch each time instead of reusing what already worked.
You think you have to pause and wait for replies, when really there's a dozen things you could be building in parallel right now.
Pitches go out before the contributor page is ready. Pages go live before they're tested. Little things, big headaches.
I've been a contributor in over 200 bundles and summits, and hosted my own twice. Even with all that contributor experience, hosting was a completely different animal. So I built the system I wished I'd had: something that holds the whole process for me, asks the right questions in the right order, and actually remembers what I told it.
My favorite of the three. It runs inside your own Claude Project, so it pulls in your branding, past contributors, and audience info as you go. Once your bundle name and goals are locked in, ask Claude to turn it into a version built specifically for that bundle.
The ChatGPT version of the system, with built-in conversation starters for pitching, planning, and next steps. It can't be customized into your own private version the way the Skill can, but it's ready to go the moment you open it.
Give it your live date and your planning style, and it maps your entire bundle backward, phase by phase. Adjust any phase, and it flags anything with a past-due start date so nothing quietly falls through the cracks.
You don't have to go in order, and you don't have to use every phase every time. Just tell the system where you actually are, and it picks up from there.
Give it your bundle's name, dates, and a specific detail about the person you're pitching, and it hands you back a warm, customized outreach email that actually sounds like it's about them.
Ask it "what should I do next?" at any stage, and it lays out exactly what you can be working on in parallel while you wait on contributor replies.
"Before this, finding offer ideas felt scattered and overwhelming. Now I feel a lot more clear and confident, and it made creating offers feel possible instead of impossible."
"I had tons of great pieces, but they felt like four different puzzles dumped on the floor. This helped me finally connect them and see a clear path forward."
"This is the best course and tool I've invested in all year. It has saved me tons of time already!"
"I wasn't sure how to create workflows or SOPs. Now I'm much more organized and I save time on tasks. I'd definitely recommend this."
"I went from completely disorganized to confident and excited. Creating my own systems for YouTube, emails, my blog, and podcast has been life-changing."
"It helped me organize my ideas, batch content with purpose, and finally stop winging it. Now AI actually supports my business, not adds to the chaos."
I've been a contributor in over 200 bundles and summits. I've seen the process from every angle, the pitches, the promo asks, the swipe files, the way some hosts have it dialed in and others are clearly making it up as they go.
Then I hosted my own, and even with all that contributor experience behind me, I had so many moving pieces going at once that I kept losing track of things, an email template here, a contributor detail there. I had scattered notes, a rebuilt process, and a lot of "wait, did I already do this step?"
So I built the system I wished I'd had: the Skill, running inside a Project that actually remembers everything about my bundle instead of making me repeat myself every time. Whether this is your first bundle or your fifteenth, it's built to take the "wait, what do I do next" out of the entire process.
You'll get both the Claude Skill and the Custom GPT, so you can use whichever tool you already have (or prefer). You don't need both. Start with whichever one fits how you already work.
The Skill is a repeatable process that walks you through all the phases of hosting, but you're working through it in real time inside your own Claude Project. You upload your bundle documents, branding, and past contributor info into that Project, and the Skill uses all of it, so it's customized to your bundle instead of running off a generic script. The Custom GPT gives you that same core process inside ChatGPT, but it can't pull in your uploaded documents or be customized the same way.
Yes. It's built to walk you through every phase from your very first brainstorm about a name and theme, all the way through contributor pitches, promo, launch, and follow-up.
It's built specifically for bundles, so that's where it gives you the most. You can apply the same process to summits, but a few of the bundle-specific pieces won't map over exactly the same way.
Yes. $67 is the intro price for founding customers getting in early. Once this window closes, the price increases.
You can't break anything permanently. If a conversation with the GPT or Skill goes off track, you can always start fresh. You'll also get access to a student-only Facebook group where you can ask questions and I'll help you work through it.
Yes. Once you grab the Bundle Host AI System, it's yours to use for every bundle you host going forward.
