Hi, I'm Heather.

I built the VA Command Center out of necessity.

When I hired my VA, I needed an Airtable hub that could run the whole operation. So I built my own, from scratch. Tasks, projects, SOPs, brain dump, resources, logins, and every single automation wired up and ready to copy straight into your Airtable account.

Questions I figured you'd ask.

Do I need a paid Airtable account to use this?

Nope. The VA Command Center works on a free Airtable account. If you want to scale into heavier usage later, Airtable has paid plans, but you do not need one to get full use out of this system.

I've never used Airtable before. Can I still do this?

Yes. The step-by-step training videos walk you through everything, from duplicating the base, to customizing fields, to connecting every automation to your email. If you can follow a recipe, you can set this up.

Will this really work with my VA?

It's built to. There's a dedicated VA view, so your VA only sees what's relevant to them. You control what they can edit. If your VA uses Airtable already, this drops in. If they don't, the onboarding is about 20 minutes.

What's the refund policy?
